Conferences

Here's what I believe most conferences need in terms of photography; capturing the atmosphere of the room, its scale and importance, catching the right emotions and gestures from the speakers, stealing moments of cooperation and sharing between the guests, and perhaps most importantly having a photographer who knows how to do all of those things in a discrete, non intrusive and social way.

Ceremonies

Awards ceremonies requires a high level of planification and as such demands a special care when it comes to its photography needs. Whether it be group photos on the stage, reactions of the recipients or engagement from the guests in the room, these particular needs deserve to be covered by a photographer who understands the unique challenges that go on during such events.

Formation/Seminaire

These events are less formal these days and are therefore not to be treated like a conference. This is a time for a company to bond, to share ideas together, to celebrate what has been accomplished so far as well as what is yet to come. The photography here needs to reflect this coming together of the whole team.

Speaking of unity and cohesion, this next type of event is entirely based around this point. This is a perfect time to capture real moments of fun and cooperation between your teammates. These just might be my favorites as they create so many occasions for genuine laughs and smiles.
